Burgeon is exploring how people with experience, expertise and opportunity can become more accessible to burgeoning leaders with a mission to change the world.

We’re starting small and learning by doing: testing how people introduce themselves, find relevant expertise and experience, and use focused conversations to explore what they’re working on.

You’re helping us find out what works — and build something that could make useful support accessible to many more people.

We are part of the First Experiment. It has four steps.

  • Browse the profiles.

    You'll be able to see the other participants' introductions and get a sense of who is in the network.

    Look for someone whose experience, perspective or expertise feels relevant to you.

  • Use the profiles page to request a conversation.

    We'll make an introduction and arrange an online conversation over Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

  • Afterwards, we’ll speak to you about your experience, suggestions and what more you’d find useful.
